Rob Wagstaff
Rob Wagstaff joined Grumpy Mule in 2007 but immediately became a core member of the team. His many years of experience in the fine food industry, including working with speciality chocolate and coffee, made him the perfect person to work alongside the growing band of Grumpy Mule independent retailers.
Rob enjoyed his first visit to origin in 2009 on a sourcing trip to Guatemala. There he experienced a range of speciality farms and estates across the coffee growing areas of Amatitlan, Coban and Antigua. He enjoys joining in with the regular cupping and tasting sessions when back at the roastery, enabling him to share his enthusiasm for the coffee and Grumpy Mule products with customers and consumers alike.
