Hawaii (US)

Famous for: Kona.
Look out for: Difficult to find much variety over here, as much goes to the US.

Jamaica

Famous for: Jamaica Blue Mountain.
Look out for: Single estate examples, such as Clifton Mount Estate, rather than mill brands.

Dominican Republic

Famous for: Not widely known outside coffee circles, but another up and coming origin.
Look out for: High quality branded coffees from respected mills.

Also worth noting Puerto Rico (US), Cuba.
