Cupping coffee

"Cupping" is the technical term for coffee tasting at its most analytical, where the coffee cupper (taster) gets up close and personal with a wide variety of coffees, armed only with a spoon and a spittoon. It’s about using your key senses – sight, smell, taste – to really discover what a coffee is all about.
