Coffee can be a fantastically complex drink, with a whole array of distinctive aromas and flavours. Here are some of the key flavour groups that you can find:
 | Citrusy Coffees with a citrus character, with a touch more acidity. Aromas and flavours of lemon, grapefruit and orange are typical. |
 | Fruity Coffees with a soft fruit character.Aromas and flavours of blackcurrant, apricot and cherry are typical. |
 | Nutty Coffees with pronounced nuttiness. Aromas and flavours of hazelnut, almond and walnut are typical. |
