Ground Coffee
Omni-grind coffee
“Ground to suit cafetieres (French press), filters and percolators”
This is currently our most popular type of coffee.
Following roasting, our omni-grind coffees have been pre-ground directly into each pack by us at the roastery. It’s inevitable that you lose some of the subtleties that you would get by grinding beans fresh, but with this method you get the ease of use and a high quality brew at the same time.
These coffees have been carefully ground to suit a range of coffee brewing equipment, but we would particularly recommend them for use in drip filters (machines or filter and papers) or cafetieres (French press). They will also brew nicely in vacuum or percolator coffee making devices and mokka stove top pots.

Espresso grind coffee
“Ground to suit espresso making equipment”
Through our online shop, our range of coffees will also be available pre-ground for espresso use. However, we do recommend investing in a grinder to grind your coffee freshly for this method – by grinding coffee so fine, the surface area is larger and the coffee more exposed to oxygen which increases the rate of staling and the quality of your extraction and coffee taste.
When choosing the “espresso grind” option, we grind the coffee to order to maintain freshness. Once the pack is opened, use as soon as possible.
The fineness of the grounds enables the extraction of all of the coffees flavours and aromas at the higher water pressure involved.
