Orders & Deliveries for Christmas

Please place your Grumpy Mule online order before 12pm on the 21st December 2011 to ensure delivery before Christmas. We’d recommend ordering sooner rather than later due to the business of Royal Mail and Parcelforce but nonetheless we’ll do everything we possibly can to get your orders to you as quickly as possible!

All orders of £25 and over are automatically dispatched by Parcelforce 48 service so should be received by signed delivery within 2-3 working days of ordering. Each of these orders is tracked so if you have any enquiries over the location of your parcel, please don’t hesitate to contact us on coffee@grumpymule.co.uk

Orders under £25 are automatically dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class post unless Parcelforce 24 (usually delivered next working day if order received before 12pm the day before) or Parcelforce 48 (usually delivered within 2-3 working days from ordering) if those options are selected.

Please bare in mind that Royal Mail is at its busiest during the Christmas period so we would recommend Parcelforce for your most important orders.

For our own piece of mind as well as yours, any orders received on Wednesday 22nd December before 12pm will be dispatched by Parcelforce signed delivery on a 24 service regardless of order size.

Orders & Deliveries between Christmas & New Year

The Mule has a little break over the Christmas period and JP gets a well deserved rest from roasting. Having said that we will still be dispatching orders received between 22nd December and and 3rd January, however please allow 5 working days for delivery. As always, we’ll try to get orders delivered to you as quickly as we possibly can particularly if you need to top up your coffee supplies in advance of the New Year festivities.
