Grumpy Mule Coffee Prices 2012
From 1st February 2012, coffee prices will be increasing in the Grumpy Mule online shop so please take advantage of our existing prices over these final few days and weekend.
However, for the 6th year running the amazing free delivery offer (delivered safe and sound by Parcelforce) for orders over £25 remains in place so please continue to take advantage of this whilst it lasts!
Whilst we don't like having to put prices up, the price of coffee to us continues to rise with a combination of market forces, increasing costs for producers themselves and the costs of transportation and logisitics. The price of Fairtrade certified coffee (and organic premiums) must always stay above the global coffee market price as do the premiums for the very finest, specialty coffeees and these are the areas that we source from.
The good news is that we can continue to source from - and work with - nealry all of the producers or producer groups that our customers have come to love and enjoy the very finest coffees from. Please see our next news feed for more details on these coffees for 2012 and into the future!
