Update on Grumpy Mule Coffee Deliveries
Naturally, the bad weather doesn't stop us roasting and packing up our coffees but being in rural West Yorkshire means that we've had some pretty bad ongoing weather which is delaying the collection of orders from us at the Roastery.
When this is combined with delays in delivering the coffee to our customers' addresses, it means that post and parcels are taking a little longer to arrive than normal and we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this period.
Signed deliveries (larger orders or orders with free delivery over £25) that are usually delivered by Parcelforce within 48 hours have been subjected to some problems and delays, so we've been using an alternative carrier (TNT) as and when necessary to ensure that orders get to you as soon as possible.
So please allow a couple of extra days for orders to be delivered, but please be assured that we're doing our very best to maintain the levels of service that you expect.
