So exactly what do we mean by distinctive coffees?
Primarily, we source and freshly roast coffees that will provide a real experience for you at home. We "slow roast" the coffees in a gas fired drum roaster to enable the coffees natural sugars to fully caramelize. This also allows the sugars and fats contained in the coffee beans to form the all important coffee oils that harbour an amazing range and number of aromatic compounds – the essence that will make our coffees smell and taste incredible.

We aim to offer a range of the very best domestic coffee machines and equipment that will perfectly suit our Grumpy Mule coffees, and show them off in the best light. We will combine our own experience of coffee machines and equipment with your requirements, and offer helpful advice and tips to point you in the right direction.

We will strive to try and test all of the machines and equipment ourselves so that we can provide firm recommendations and ensure that they perfectly match your coffee needs and situation.

However, please remember that we are more than happy to offer tips so that you can get the very best out of your existing equipment when using our coffees!
