Coffees - Single Origin Certified
These
coffees taste just as fantastic as our single origin,
distinctive coffees but each farm, cooperative or estate
has been assessed and approved against a range of social,
environmental or sustainable criteria. We will not offer
any certified coffees that are not worthy of the distinctive
label; so they must meet our taste criteria.

We also offer guaranteed decaffeinated coffee, and we
will endeavour to provide the very best available (it’s
a sad fact that a lot of decaffeinated coffee is either
below par or strangely un-coffee like in taste –
this is largely due to loss of flavours in processing
rather than the loss of caffeine).
