Roasted a touch darker than our regular Musasa coffee, this brings out more berry notes and lends the coffee a pleasant jam-like quality. Balanced and complex with a sweet, citrus acidity.

A Grumpy Mule world exclusive, this award winning coffee was produced by 400 farmers affiliated to one of Musasa’s key washing stations, supervised by lead farmer Ladislas Ntagozera. Located near to Gakenke in the Ruli sector of Northern Rwanda it was produced in association with RWASHOSCCO.

The ripe bourbon Arabica cherries are hand-picked, fully washed in mountain spring water then sun-dried on raised tables. This lot placed 7th in the prestigious Cup of Excellence awards and we purchased it in its entirety.

All of our Micro-Lot coffees are artisan roasted in tiny batches on our eco-friendly Loring Smart Roaster, from Santa Rosa, California.
