A small farm producing big flavours, the notes of dark chocolate and caramel entwine with a crisp citrusy taste, leading to a clean sweet finish - very smooth and drinkable. This is a stimulating breakfast coffee, suitable for a range of coffee making equipment.

Uriel Antonio gained the knowledge to produce coffee from his father and grandfather and there has always been one clear message - to produce exceptional quality. This belief has now been rewarded with a prestigious Cup of Excellence Award, from the Colombia "First Harvest" competition.

Finca Las Delicias is situated at an elevation of nearly 1800 metres in the Risaralda region of Colombia and Uriel inherited it from his father 30 years ago. Combining family taught skills with training from the Manuel Mejia Foundation, Uriel is now President of the Municipal Commercialisation Committee, looking after the welfare of the region’s coffee growers.

Uriel is devoted to the environment within his village and water is fundamental to this coffee process. He strives to protect the main water source to the village and to preserve the farm’s natural woodland as it provides a habitat for birds and wild animals.
