Situated in the Sierra de las Minas mountain range, the two rivers that emerge from the forested highlands of this small, yet remarkable, farm grant it its name and a vital source of crystal clear water. Producer Anneliese Wintzer’s philosophy is the continuing biodiversity and protection of the farm’s natural resources, including the diverse species of wildlife. Being within the Sierra de las Minas Biosphere Reserve and harbouring unique Cloud Forest, the organic farming practices that she encompasses are essential for the preservation of this unique habitat.
